Campus After School Program Registration Process

Registration Fee:
A $260 one time per child per year registration fee must be paid at the time of registration. This Fee is Non Refundable. This is to hold your child’s spot in our program.

Paperwork:
You must fill out the Registration form, Lunch form, Medical form, Parent Agreement form and submit them to the office.

Tuition Payment:
Tuition is always due on the first of each month. You may pay your child’s tuition in any of the following methods; Check, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, or Cash.

To pay by check:
10 post dated checks which are signed and dated for the first of each month must be submitted at time of registration. The appropriate check will be deposited on the 1st of each month. Without submission of all ten checks, registration is considered incomplete and can be canceled.

To pay by Credit Card:
A credit card authorization form must be filled out and signed at time of registration, and your card will be processed at the end of the day on the 1st of every month.

To pay by cash:
You must make your cash payment on or before the closing of the 1st of each month. If you choose to pay by cash your credit card on file will not be processed, or your check will either be destroyed or returned to you, whichever you prefer.

Vouchers:
If you have a voucher you must come into the office to pick up a completed voucher application form and submit it to the voucher department. Once you receive the placement notice, you must submit it to the office. Without it your child is not considered enrolled.

Cancellation/Refunds:
You may choose to cancel your enrollment at any time, however there is no partial refunds for weeks unused under any circumstances. We simply will not bill you for the following month after your child’s departure from the program. If you decide to leave in the middle of the year, your registration is cancelled and your spot is no longer reserved for you. You may re-register, based on availability at that time.

The Registration fee is non refundable. However, if you do re-register you will not be obligated to repay this fee in the same calendar year.

Discounts:
A 10% off Sibling discount applies to the second child’s tuition as well as the second child’s registration fee. This discount is extended for more children as well.

Campus After School Program reserved the right to expel or suspend any child from the program and/or bus, for disruptive and/or dangerous behavior. In the unfortunate event that this occurs, No Refunds will be issued for the remainder of the month.
